Through our licensed abatement subcontracting partners, we offer the following services

• Lead Abatement

All work to be performed in regulated areas.

A three-stage personnel decontamination unit will be constructed onsite and centrally located. A change room will be constructed onsite and attached to each work area.

All removals will be accomplished using wet removal techniques. All asbestos containing materials will be double bagged in properly labeled bags of 6mil thickness. All abatement functions will be performed in strict accordance with the requirements of OSHA regulations 1910.134 and 1926.58, as well as EPA regulation 40 CFR, Part 61, Subparts A & M.

Final breakdown will not proceed until post-tests are performed in each area and clearance levels of less than 0.01 f/cc P.C.M. is reached or background levels are met.

All asbestos waste will be placed into locked containers.

ACM will be disposed of in accordance with all regulations and requirements.
